The human character in World of Warcraft has a very certain background. The human race is a proud and tenacious race. The human city is located in the Elwynn Forest in Northshire Valley. There are not many humans left and their city, Stormwind, in one of the last of human power. The humans are very committed to their allegiance to the city. They stand vigilant against anyone who threatens their land. It states in the history, at the start of the game, that the army has left the city to go fight a war. The jobs of the human characters in this game are to kill any monsters that come near the city as well as to find the traitors within the city. This alone shows that the city is very important to this race. They have such an emotional tie that the normal citizens are going out into Elwynn Forest to fight unwanted races and to protect the city. The fact that the character starts in the forest just outside the city shows how strong the human allegiance is for the city. Also, one of the silly things a human women says is that it is funny that people automatically think she should cook and sew. This line shows that she thinks this is absurd and wants to fight instead. The capitol city of Stormwind is very big and closed off because the humans do not want monsters getting in.Tthe normal citezens have to fight because they feel a strong alleigence. However, the human woman charater makes an interesting comment about not being able to control her own destiny. That is very interesting because in a sense the humans are so strict about their city that she has no choice of whether to fight or not.
From the little I have witnessed, humans seem to be judgemental and harsh towards other races because of their strong alleigence to their own kind. The character states a flirt comment saying that she does not like anyone who is rude, mean, or not nice. These things are all in perspective of the person judging each character though.
