1) What would you do to improve Kevin’s study?

I noticed he was lacking in one aspect of his research, it seems for his trial with the male character he only used the simple "Could you please spare me some gold?" but with the female trials he took their clothes off, danced, and flirted with the other players. Kevin should do more trials with a male character (because one male of one race is not very conclusive) but instead of just asking for gold, he should try conversing with the other players then asking for the gold.

2) How would you improve the organization of Kevin’s study?

A way to improve Kevin's organization is to break up the research into the sections like the abstract, introduction, methods, results, and discussion. A format similar to the article "Experiences of Time Loss among Videogame Players: An Empirical Study"
