Qualitative research activity

When my partner was playing the game, he seemed very focused and he was using his left hand to control the spells while using his right hand to control the directions. He was talking to himself and laughing. I asked him what he was doing, he told me his task was to kill darkeye Bonecas to find three blackened skulls. So I interviewed him why he did this task, he said:“ I just want to get leveled up and get as much money as I can.” Moreover, I asked him another question about why he want to get money; he replied back without a thinking:“ to buy some new skills and then to get more game experiences.” He was a warlock in the game, an ugly, creepy but a cool one. He dances like punk, as I have noticed. So the last question for him is why he chose this character to present himself? His answer was funny; however, also very helpful. He said that he did a research on the Internet about the powerfulness of all the characters and which character was best controlled by the new players, therefore he ended up picking warlock.

I was wandering around in the game, observing things around. I have to pick a safe place, or animals and people would attack me.  I did this task that was to kill wolves and brought back 8 tough wolves meats to a person called Eagan Peltskinner. While I was hunting the wolves I saw other players that similar to my level also were hunting the wolves meats. Some other places, people were either fooling around or fighting with higher-level animals or people.

I also found that it was hard to find the person you wanna kill. You had to run and run and run and tried to meet up with this person that you should assassinate. I asked my partner if he found it the same way, his answer was no, because he has played silimiar kind of games before and he was good at controlling the character more than I do.
