1) What would you do to improve Kevin’s study?

I thought that the qualitative parts of Kevin's study should have been more clearly explained. Since his exact experiences with each individual cannot be reproduced, the situations that he chose to describe should have been more detailed than what he gave.

2) How would you improve the organization of Kevin’s study?

If the assignment was to be more scientific, I would have separated the study into an IMRAD format.
